Diesis Digital Day is a yearly event hosted by Diesis Network, which is a moment dedicated to showcasing tangible examples of digital social economy from European and global ecosystems. This year’s edition got together prominent voices from the social economy and digital innovation sectors to explore how digital tools and data-sharing infrastructures can empower social enterprises and foster sustainable development.
DIESIS presented SETS project on a panel titled “Skills for the Digital Social Economy: addressing the critical need for digital upskilling in the sector”. At the session we discussed the skill needs and the development of the training programmes by the SETS Consortium that will be available for testing in 2025. DIESIS also shared how social economy can close the gap with the industry and be more competitive by using digital tools such as artificial intelligence.
