As a stakeholder of the Danube 4SSE Ecosystem project, Prizma Foundation presented SETS at the 2nd stakeholders’ meeting of the project. The presentation occurred during a session dedicated to stakeholder introductions and networking, with a particular focus on SETS’ training programs. Special attention was given to the training program for SEO service providers, as earlier discussions in the meeting highlighted that awareness and understanding of the social economy remain limited, often leading to misconceptions. These misunderstandings impact on the social economy’s public image and hinder the development of business partnerships.
During this meeting, the aims and objectives of SETS project were presented, consortium members introduced, and key outcomes highlighted, with a special focus on the planned training programs. Additionally, the representatives of SETS project actively engaged in the discussion. This interaction not only helped clarify the role and activities of social enterprises to attending economics students but also underscored the need to further develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of social entrepreneurs and their service providers.
