Programmes and trainings were developed to endow the SEOs managers and employees with the identified green and digital skills, with the aim to skill, re-skill and up-skill the workforce for a just transition for all, as stated in the European Skills Agenda and the new European Innovation Agenda and to endow service providers of SEOs with the right skills to deal with the peculiarity of the Social Economy business model. The trainings also refer to the JRC Competencies Framework, mainly DigComp (DigiComp 2.2), and EntreComp.
