As part of its mission to drive innovation in the social economy across Europe, SETS has developed a real-time impact dashboard that places data-driven decision-making at the core of social economy initiatives.
This ICT-powered platform monitors training engagement, learning outcomes, and post-course application. Trainers and coordinators can use the dashboard to track the number of participants who completed the modules, where they struggled, and what skills they gained. Additionally, the dashboard can measure how the training programme influences transformation at the organisational level, such as improving digital readiness or strengthening the impact of communication.
For policymakers and funders, this data offers rare insights into skill development patterns across the social economy, while, for instance, Social Economy Organisations (SEOs) can have access to a feedback loop to continuously refine their strategies.
The dashboard can support data-driven advocacy, and SETS partners are currently using the aggregated data to inform policy recommendations and ensure that the skills developed within the project align with EU targets under the Digital Decade and Green Deal.
