The project aims to develop, test and disseminate programmes and training modules on suitable skills development to foster the Green and Digital transition of Social Economy Organisations (SEOs).

Report of the review of academic literature, other EU related projects and identification of digital skill needs for SEOs

Interactive real-time impact dashboard

Project’s data and progress during the implementation phase to monitor the transferability and scalability of trainings

Final training programmes for up-skilling and reskilling

Programmes, tools and sets of competencies to endow SEOs managers and employees with the right green and digital skills

Skill’s certification compendium

Certification of the sets of competencies identified, guaranteeing reciprocal recognition among different Member States

Impact report

Lessons learned during the project implementation and exploitation of project’s outcomes and impacts

Policy recommendations

Recommendations on effective and inclusive policies and practices at EU level to ensure replicability and scalability.

Dissemination events report

Highlights of the project’s dissemination, communication and exploitation activities and outreach

Ethics Check

This report confirms that the project is meeting its ethical commitments, including compliance with participant recruitment processes and data protection regulations.
